Just 0.5 miles from shops, pubs and restaurants, Holibays offers both comfort and convenience. The village is known for its friendly atmosphere and excellent food scene, including dining at Rick Stein’s nearby gastropub. Beach lovers are spoiled for choice, with the Seven Bays within 1.5 to 3 miles, including Harlyn Bay, Constantine Bay and Treyarnon Bay, while Trevone Bay and Porthcothan Bay are a short drive away. Golfers can visit Trevose Golf and Country Club nearby. The harbour town of Padstow is just 3 miles away, offering seafood dining, boutique shopping, ferry trips to Rock, and scenic cycling along the Camel Trail.

Continue through to the comfortable lounge, perfect for unwinding in front of the Smart TV, with ample seating including a corner sofa. In mild weather, open up the patio doors to let the fresh Cornish air drift in. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - two doubles and a twin - offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups.
