Offering cosy accommodation with wonderful riverside views, this charming property makes an ideal base for walkers, boat enthusiasts and nature spotters keen to explore a tranquil part of Norfolk. The property lies along the water's edge in the delightful village of Horning, known for its two marinas, which provide a fabulous base for exploring the Broads. Horning has a choice of independent shops, friendly cafes and traditional riverside pubs, with local activities, including boat hire, paddleboarding and scenic walks. The village sits on the banks of the River Bure, overlooking the Bure Marshes National Nature Reserve. To the west, the market town of Wroxham (3 miles) is known as the Capital of the Broads, and to the east, attractions include St Benet's Abbey and Toad Hole Cottage Museum, both within 4 miles. The historic city of Norwich and the secluded resort of Sea Palling are both within 12 miles.

From the lounge, French doors open out onto a sweet balcony offering a peaceful spot for a morning coffee and for watching the boats in the marina. Private parking is available for two cars, and you will have direct access to the moorings.
