Offering bright and cosy accommodation for two guests, this light, relaxing and beautifully presented retreat is an ideal hideaway for couples enjoying a cosy break in an idyllic part of Lincolnshire. The friendly village of Beckingham has a cheerful restaurant and plenty of lovely walks for you to follow, with the Newark Showground within easy reach (4.5 miles). The thriving market town of Newark lies to the west along the banks of the River Trent (6 miles), and offers a range of great places to eat and drink, as well as attractions including the National Civil War Centre, Newark Castle and Gardens, Newark Air Museum and the Palace Theatre. Heading north, the historic city of Lincoln (22 miles) is known for its stunning cathedral and medieval castle which houses a copy of Magna Carta.
Stepping inside this colourful and eye-catching retreat, you will be greeted by a light, airy and spacious open-plan kitchen/diner, tastefully arranged and decorated in soothing shades. Just by the door, there’s ample storage space for leaving coats and boots after a great day exploring this delightful corner of Lincolnshire. Coming further inside, the stylishly presented kitchen has plenty of storage and worktop space, and is fully equipped for preparing all your favourite dishes. A dining table sits over to one side, ideal for sharing a romantic meal. Heading through, a snug lounge has plush seating and a Smart TV, ideal for a quiet night in. Going upstairs, you will find a refreshing shower room and a cosy bedroom with a lovely king-size bed, storage space and charming views over the surrounding countryside.
French doors lead out from the lounge onto the charming back patio, which has plenty of garden furniture and makes a delightful spot for a morning coffee while taking in the serene far-reaching rural views. Parking and electric vehicle charging are available to the front of the property.
