Tastefully renovated, the vacation villa Ca degli Ulivi has preserved its traditional stone structure, to which new ?lamie? have been added, making the spaces more spacious and inviting.

The outdoor patio is furnished with a table and chairs for relaxing al fresco, as is the sun deck with lounge chairs where you can enjoy the exceptional climate and the fabulous sunsets of Puglia.
The entrance to Ca degli Ulivi leads into a large dining room with a spacious window that allows you to admire the view even from inside. From here, you enter the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need to prepare your own lunches and dinners.
The living area includes one full bathroom with a shower.
A spacious hallway leads to the sleeping area, where there is 1 master bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
