The delightful Felixstowe Sea Front Gardens are just half a mile away, leading onto the beach, which stretches for 4 miles. The bustling promenade has an array of pubs, cafes and amusements, leading across to the lively Beach Street (1.5 miles), a fantastic space comprising independent boutiques, bars and street food eateries, all based within imaginatively converted shipping containers. Heading inland, this beautiful part of Suffolk has a wealth of fascinating landmarks and historic attractions, including Bentwaters Cold War Museum, Sutton Hoo and Alton Water Sports Centre, all within 20 miles. The thriving county town of Ipswich is to the north-west (14.5 miles), and the Suffolk and Essex Coast and Heaths National Landscape is to the north-east (11 miles).

Featuring ample comfortable seating, a TV and a choice of books, the spacious and relaxing lounge provides an ideal space for you all to unwind in at the end of a fabulous day discovering the Felixstowe area. To one side, the sociable and brightly lit dining table is perfect for enjoying all your favourite dishes, which you can prepare in the elegantly presented, fully equipped and stylishly organised kitchen. The ground floor also features a handy WC and a utility room. Heading upstairs, you will find an invigorating bathroom and two tastefully decorated bedrooms: a king-size room and a twin room.
Heading outside, the quiet back garden has a delightful enclosed lawn and a pretty patio with outdoor furniture, offering a quiet spot for a morning coffee. Parking is available along the street.
