Just 3 miles away lies the enchanting medieval village of Rye, with its cobbled streets, historic charm, and independent shops and eateries. Further afield, more shopping and dining gems await in Tenterden (8.5 miles) or Hastings (14 miles). For a day by the sea, the sands of Camber await just 7 miles away. Visit the majestic Bodiam Castle (9 miles) and the National Trust’s famous Sissinghurst Castle Garden (14 miles), while avid wine enthusiasts will love exploring the area’s many vineyards.
