Spend sunlit days at Mawgan Porth (1.5 miles), where golden sands and gentle waves invite lazy picnics and paddling. Go rock pooling at Harlyn Bay (6 miles), or catch a surf break at Newquay (7 miles) or enjoy the golden sands of Watergate Bay (3.5 miles).
Park in your private spot (there’s room for two cars), and step inside your reverse-level-designed home that makes the most of its sea views. Climb the feature stairs to the first floor and you’ll be greeted by an architecturally striking open-plan living/dining/kitchen area that’s bathed in natural light. Find your spot on the sofa and soak up the magnificent sea views through the wide glass doors. When it’s time to eat, head to the sleek kitchen area to cook up a feast to share in the chic dining space. After dinner, pour yourself a glass of wine and unwind in front of your favourite TV shows.
