About this cottage rental
This holiday home is an invitation to relax, with comfortable seating in the spacious lounge, a country-style dining area and a streamlined, all-white kitchen. A pretty, ground-floor bedroom with an en-suite has twin zip-and-link single beds which can form a 6′ super-king-size bed. Upstairs are a bathroom and two bedrooms. One is king-size; the other has bunk beds and zip-and-link twin beds which can form a super-king-size. Outside, a small, paved patio has garden furniture. Available from Easter 2025, will be access to a shared enclosed garden space located just across the lane. Other properties on this site can be booked together for families or friends who want to share a holiday together.
The semi-detached barn is close to a holiday park, with a handy shop, bar/restaurant and a children’s play area, which guests can use during the summer season. For a different perspective, hop on a boat trip from Padstow’s bustling waterfront along the spectacular North Cornwall coastline. Look out for seals and dolphins along the way. Back on dry land, enjoy a meal at one of the town’s renowned seafood restaurants. The Kart Circuit at St Eval (3 miles) is fun for all ages.

- Built-in electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer
- Wooden cot in twin room with bunk beds. Highchair available – please order in advance. Other equipment not provided can be hired
- TV, DVD
- Please bring your own beach towels
- Mobile signal is variable
- Small, paved patio garden with furniture; veranda with decked area and garden furniture
- Shared garden area available from Easter 2025
- Parking for up to 3 cars to the rear
- Shop and beach 0.5 miles, seasonal pub 0.5 miles, otherwise 3 miles
