This detached single-story house offers 200 square meters and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms (all with fans) and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a covered porch of 32 m² with a sheltered barbecue and an outdoor patio. The kitchen is fully equipped. Amenities include fast mesh Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, workspace, and step-free access inside. Families with young children will find a bed guard and high chair. Self check-in makes your arrival easy.

Free street parking is available, as the neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. Public transport is nearby, but a car is recommended for getting around. No pets, parties, or events allowed. Please respect the neighbors by avoiding loud noises and music. Do not jump from windows or into the pool. Trash must be disposed of in the municipal containers on the street using the provided electronic card. Please leave the property clean and tidy and take out the trash upon departure.
