About this house rental
The house has three full floors with separate entrances and terraces, a large garden with pool and barbecue.
The upper floor - "he of the owners": has a large living room - kitchen, a luxury bathroom and a bedroom, and a terrace with the best view - can accommodate up to 4 people.
The middle floor "the parents" has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, large bathroom and terrace, - 4 people.
The ground floor has a living room, kitchen-dining room and shower, 2 - 2 (4) people (sofa bed), and direct access to the garden.
There is WIFI throughout the house, all floors have TV.
The large garden, careful with love, has 800m², barbecue and a pool of 8.5m x 4.5m.
The house is ideal for families and groups, since the three complete separate floors offer the possibility of withdrawing from a large group and of meeting and enjoying when appropriate.
The apartments can also be rented separately according to availability in low season.
The urbanization is in the first line of hills of the sea, offering beautiful views and a calm and peaceful environment.
The center of Comarruga is 5min, the center of El Vendrell at 10min, Trragoina at 20min, Barcelona at 50min.

Most relaxing holidays ever. Ive book this beautiful house to celebrate my mothers 70'th birthday. Size of property, comfort and high standard of facility, beautiful garden and modern pool is just one of the very few positives of that place. Our party included my parents , my sister and her husband with two teenage kids and myself with my partner and two under 10 years old. Kids had a complet blast in the big pool , grow ups enough space and facilities to relax and enjoy sun. In the property is everything you can require for your stay. Kitchens (3) are supplied in all possible appliances. Beach towels are provided. Welcome wines and tapas snacks was awaiting for us uppon arrival which was a lovely gesture from the host. Communication with the owners was fantastic from the start and continued during our stay. All our questions was answered promptly and lost of suggestions was made regarding hospitality and places to see in surrounding area. We had fantastic time and would recommend the place to everyone to enjoy the comfort and the beauty of it.

La casa está muy bien, totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario, buena ubicación y buen entorno. El jardín, barbacoa y piscina se agradecen mucho. Hemos pasado una muy buena semana entre amigos en casa alegre.
