Step inside to discover a bright and airy open-concept living area designed for gathering after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and essentials needed to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.
The Primary suite features a comfortable King bed and a private full bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom also offers a King bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for larger families or kids, featuring two Twin-over-Queen bunk beds. A second full bathroom provides added convenience, allowing everyone to comfortably prepare for another day along the coast.
Step outside to enjoy the fresh Gulf breeze and take in beautiful Gulf views, or stroll to the deeded beach access leading to a quieter stretch of sugar-white sand that guests have loved for years. Whether you're spending the day swimming, shell collecting, or simply relaxing by the water, the beach is always within easy reach.
This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs at a 50-pound weight limit.
