The property has 3 spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an external toilet next to the swimming pool. The bright living room features a fireplace, Smart TV and direct access to the outside, whilst the American-style kitchen is fully equipped with induction and gas hob, dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso coffee maker, offering everything needed for a worry-free stay. It also has wifi, washing machine, tumble dryer, air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms, travel cot and pool towels. 🏡✨



The great protagonist of the property is its spectacular outdoor area. You will find a spacious terrace with garden, a fantastic private swimming pool of 8 x 3 metres with integrated cold water jet jacuzzi, solar shower and a complete space to enjoy outdoors. Its two terraces stand out, one open and another fully glazed and naturally climate-controlled, equipped with Smart TV, fridge, gas hob and a large gas barbecue, perfect for meals and evenings at any time of year. ☀️🏊‍♂️🍖



The estate has private parking for three vehicles and offers beautiful mountain views, in an ideal location to discover Alhaurín el Grande, Coín, Pizarra, the Caminito del Rey, the Sierra de las Nieves, Málaga or the beaches of the Costa del Sol. 🚗🌄



Important: pets are not permitted. Access includes a short stretch of narrow rural road, suitable for cars driving with caution. The owner maintains the pool every Sunday early in the morning.
