Magnificent villa located on the Costa del Sol, next to the Lauro-golf Golf Course, consisting of four bedrooms: two of them double and the other two of two single beds each, totally private and heated pool, central heating and cold Home heat, plus winter biomass boiler with solar panels.
The house is located on the northern slopes of the Sierra de Mijas, 15 kilometers from the international airport of Costa del Sol Malaga, and less than 25 minutes by car from the best beaches in the province, 2 kilometers from the commercial area and restoration of the town of Alhaurín el Grande, being able to go on a walk (15 minutes), or by car (1 minute).
