A shared picnic area, located off your deck, is the ideal spot to gather for memorable cookouts. Or, whip up beach snacks and favorite meals in the updated kitchen (no dishwasher). A dining table offers seating for four, while the adjacent living room is furnished with comfortable seating - great for relaxing with a TV show. Enjoy central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, room darkening shades, beach chairs and towels, and an outdoor shower during your stay. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available using your own account. The upstairs room does not have a door. The shared washer/dryer is located in the basement.

Close to beach. Clean and adequately furnished. Nice beach furnishings and atmosphere to relax. Nice to have beach chairs and towels available… close to town too. Great experience.

Overall it was a nice place to stay with a few things to consider. The house was extremely musty not sure why, but I am assuming it was closed for awhile. While the house was dog friendly, the dog cannot go on any beach at anytime in Dennis, Dennis port, and nearby surrounding towns. This was extremely disappointing..Had I known and done my research better I would have stayed in Provincetown. This place would be good for families with pets before Memorial Day and after Labor Day only.
