The Terre de Vigne Gîte is above all a beautiful family story. In 2024, we completed the renovation of an old Tarn stable to make it a real cocoon, both spacious, comfortable and full of charm.
Put your bags down in this 220 m² accommodation, fully equipped, and take advantage of its large sunny terrace to share beautiful moments with family or friends.
Nestled in the heart of a small village, A few kilometres from the medieval city of Cordes-sur-Ciel, the house invites you to slow down, listen to the birds singing and discover the magnificent villages typical of the region.

The Terre de vigne cottage is an ideal accommodation to spend a good time with family or friends.
Located in a small village in the north of the Tarn near the medieval city of Cordes-sur-ciel, Monestiés, Najac, Albi, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val.
8 minutes away, you can relax on the shores of the Roucarié lake or have a good time on the banks of the Viaur in the town of Bor et Bar (15 min) between swimming, hiking, climbing and via ferrata.
The property includes a large garden with swimming pool and petanque court for entertainment as well as many outdoor games (table tennis, molkky, Breton shuffleboard...)
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The accommodation, spread over two floors, includes:
* First floor:
- 1 large kitchen-living-living room of 110m² with a dining table for 12 people, a large sofa, 2 armchairs and a fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, 2 raclette machines, cookware, crockery...
- 1 laundry room with a washing machine and dryer
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 terrace of 50m² with pergola, accessible via the large bay window of the living room, sunny all day
- 1 large garden

- 2 bedrooms of 11m² with Queen size bed (160x200), bedding in perfect condition and storage. They both have a private bathroom with a shower and a sink.
- 1 bedroom of 13m² with Queen size bed (160x200), bedding in perfect condition and storage.
- 1 bedroom of 20m² with 2 single beds (90x190) and 2 bunk beds (90x190), bedding in perfect condition and storage.
- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub, 2 washbasins, 2 hairdryers
- 1 separate toilet
