Nicolas, Sylvie and their children are delighted to announce the opening of the Gîte du Parayre, located in Lunac, Aveyron. 🏡 A perfect place to recharge with family or friends, in the heart of a peaceful and welcoming countryside. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Capacity: 12 people The cottage offers: 🏠 First floor: Large 65 m² vaulted living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room, lounge, laundry room, and bathroom with toilet and bathtub. 🛏️ Upstairs: 5 bedrooms • 3 bedrooms with double beds (140x190 cm), a travel cot is available in each of these. • 2 bedrooms Mezzanine with a double bed (140x190) below and a single bed (90x190) above. 🚿 An additional bathroom with toilet and shower. 🌞 Outside: • Above-ground swimming pool, 4.6m in diameter. • Large furnished terrace with garden furniture and a griddle for enjoying meals outdoors. 🎮 Games room available: • Billiards, foosball, darts, and arcade games for fun.
