The holiday apartment in Seepark Sellin offers comfortable accommodation for up to four people on 50 square meters and is located on the second floor of the "Moritzdorf" building.

As a special highlight, you can enjoy three hours of free admission daily to the AHOI Water Park and Adventure World (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). Starting Easter 2026, you can also enjoy a modern fitness center with free use of all training facilities – ideal for an active holiday.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and features a living area with a flat-screen TV, a separate bedroom, and an open-plan kitchen with a filter coffee machine, microwave, and dishwasher. Bed linen is included. The bathroom has a bathtub. Enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and spend relaxing hours there. Wi-Fi is available, as is a bicycle storage room.

The location offers convenient access to everything: shops and the AHOI Water Park are only about 50 meters away. A bakery, mini-golf, and restaurants are also within easy reach. The beach, pier, and ferry terminal are approximately 900 meters away, and a bus stop is just a short walk away.

A security deposit of €200 is required for the apartment and will be refunded upon its return in good condition within 5 business days.
