The apartment features a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV, a bedroom, and an open-plan kitchen/living room with a filter coffee machine and microwave. Bed linen is included, and a balcony invites you to relax. Wi-Fi is available, and pets are welcome. For added convenience, there is an underground parking space, a bicycle storage room, and a bread delivery service.

A security deposit of €200 is required for the apartment, which will be refunded upon proper return of the apartment within 5 business days.
