Casa La Sirena is a spacious and beautifully renovated patio house in the heart of Vejer’s Old Town. The house is arranged over several levels and combines traditional features with a modern Moroccan-inspired style.

Entrance & Independent Apartment
From the street, the main entrance opens into a beautiful open and bright courtyard. To one side is a fully independent one-bedroom apartment, ideal for extra privacy. It has an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchenette on the ground floor, plus a bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and fitted wardrobes upstairs.

Internal Patio & Ground Floor
The main house opens into a bright internal patio covered by a glass skylight, creating a light and welcoming central space. The patio has seating and dining space, traditional tile flooring and Moroccan-style details. On this level there is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a stylish kitchen, storage areas and a cave-style bodega space.

First Floor Living Area
Upstairs, the main living space is arranged around the patio. There is a large open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, designed for relaxing, cooking and entertaining. Three Juliette balconies bring in plenty of natural light and overlook the street. This floor also has two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a shared bathroom, including ensuite access from the main bedroom.

Roof Terrace
The private roof terrace is one of the highlights of the house. At approximately 95m², it offers generous outdoor space for sunbathing, dining and relaxing. There is a summer kitchen, utility area, BBQ space and built-in seating. From the terrace, guests can enjoy panoramic views over Vejer, the Atlantic coast, Morocco and the Rif Mountains.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire main house, including the internal patio, bedrooms, living areas, kitchens and the private roof terrace with outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. The house is arranged over several levels with stairs between the apartment, patio, first-floor living spaces and roof terrace.
Public parking is available nearby, and the house is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafés and the old town’s main attractions.

Other things to note
Casa La Sirena is located in Vejer’s historic Old Town, so guests should expect a charming traditional setting with narrow streets, hills and stairs. You can drive to the house to unload your luggage, and we will send you detailed arrival and unloading instructions closer to your check-in date.

Parking is available within walking distance, just outside the Old Town centre. Please note that parking in the green-marked areas, known as “Zona Verde,” is reserved for residents between 6:00 pm and 8:00 am. To avoid parking fines, please do not leave your car there overnight.
We recommend parking at the Los Remedios car park, located at the entrance to Vejer near the bus stop and tourist information office.

Casa La Sirena has a 600 Mbit/s fibre-optic internet connection and strong Wi-Fi coverage in almost all rooms.

The house is arranged over several levels, including access to the roof terrace, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or very young children without supervision.

Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden inside the house and in the internal courtyard. Smoking or vaping is only permitted on the roof terrace, provided doors and windows are closed and all cigarette or vaping waste is disposed of safely. Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the house or courtyard may result in an additional cleaning and deodorising fee of up to €250.
