The location
Lack of communication ie being told that check in is in the hotel La Casa del Califa next door

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
You have to be able to do stairs to stay at this hotel. It has multiple levels and no elevator.

It was a lovely location with plenty of places to eat and drink
In our party we had a disabled person who needed to use a wheelchair
We were not made aware at the time of booking that the town/village is very hilly with cobbled roads and many steps had to be used in order access lots of areas. Toilets were also a problem as many had to be accessed via stairs.
Fortunately the disabled person was able to walk for short distances otherwise due to the reasons previously stated our stay would have been very difficult.
For able bodied people there would not be any problems

The location was excellent
The rooms and the apartment was damp and you could feel this in the room and in the beds. We would have expected that the heat would have been on in the room well in advance of anyone staying there.
