The holiday apartment in Haus Mönchgut at Seepark Sellin is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday on Rügen. Offering approximately 44 m² of living space, it accommodates up to 3 people and boasts comfortable and functional furnishings. Located on the first floor, it is only about 900 meters from the beach and Lake Sellin. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance.

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep. The living area includes a double sofa bed and a television. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom offers a bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. Free Wi-Fi and initial bed linen are included.

A special highlight is the southeast-facing balcony with seating – perfect for relaxing outdoors. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

Guests also benefit from a bicycle storage room and a children's playground within the complex. All year round, you receive a 25% discount at the adjacent AHOI Water Park & Adventure World. Starting Easter 2026, a modern fitness area will also be available free of charge.

A security deposit of €200 is required and will be refunded upon proper return of the apartment within 5 business days.
