Haycraft Park starts a long, open stretch of sand for a walk by the water. It is a practical place to stay when you want the ocean close and both sides of the island within easy reach by car.



Getting Around:

Maalaea is about 15 to 20 minutes from Kahului Airport, depending on traffic. A rental car is recommended for reaching beaches, shopping, and dining around Maui, though Maalaea Harbor and the Maui Ocean Center are a short drive away. Parking is generally available on site or nearby.
