Sleep to the sound of the lapping surf on the shore below Maalaea Banyans 411, which features forever, spectacular penthouse level ocean views from the living room and lanai. Located beach front adjacent to picturesque Maalaea Harbor, this property has a stretch of soft, sandy beach and a vibrant snorkeling reef right out front. Watch turtles and whales (in season) meander by, and enjoy a refreshing fresh-water swim at the ocean front pool.
Ideally and centrally located between Kihei and Lahaina, this property creates a totally immersive ocean experience, steps from the elevator. The condo features cable, AC in the living room, and WiFi, a kitchen set up to prepare and serve your private tropical feast, and a lanai from which to savor the legendary Maui sunsets, or just relax to the rhythm of the ocean below. Permit-only guest parking.
The unit sleeps four in consummate style, with two nicely separated bedrooms; one upstairs, one down. There is an AC unit in the living room, but not in either bedroom. The unit enjoys cooling from the trade winds blowing through the center of the island off of the ocean. Two blocks away, Maui's world-renowned Aquarium, several great restaurants, ice cream, coffee, and other “essentials” await. Don't miss the new 3D whale experience at Maui Ocean Center. We had a great stay. The location is wonderful with a great view from Lanai. We plan to come back to Maui again in 2 years and will be staying at this location again !!Big shout out to Jace, Ian, Jake (the maintenance guy) and Tom (the property manager). Jace accommodated our son's college interview time. Ian provided us the extra blankets. Jake was wonderful in fixing the toilet on time and Tom let me borrow his allen wrench to unjam the garbage disposal.

The view from the lanai was absolutely stunning and the condo had everything to be perfect for our vacation for a family of 4. The pool was beautiful and clean, turtles visited the beach daily, and the condo itself was perfectly set up. Great central location too to explore the whole island. There is only 1 Walmart on the entire island and the condo was only 15-20 minutes from it, so that was very helpful too. The only thing we found difficult was that our flight didn't leave until 5pm on our day of check out. We had planned to do some activities that day but realized that we would have to leave our luggage in the car because checkout was at 10am. We were told that theft from cars is high on the islands and not to leave anything in the car. We asked but we're not allowed to leave our luggage at the condo that day so that unfortunately made us unable to do much our final day. I completely understand, it's just good to be aware of if you plan to head out on your last day.

Awesome location and great hosts! 10/10 view and a perfect central spot for exploring the island. It's an older building, but very well kept and clean. The only minor things were the mattress could be a bit more comfortable and the ceiling fan had a small noise until we adjusted the setting. Overall, the stay was fantastic and we would definitely come back again.

Toilet not properly working… toilet replaced last day of stay. Dryer not woking properly. Advised management. Waiting for response. Lost about day of vacation dealing with various issues.
