The Space:

Two king suites and two full baths give four guests real room to settle in. The primary suite includes a walk-in rain shower and opens to a tiled lanai with ocean views, while the second suite has its own king bed and full bath. A fully equipped kitchen takes care of breakfasts and beach-day snacks, and air conditioning, WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a private entrance make the condo feel practical as well as beautiful.



Guest Access:

Guests at Emmalani Court enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and hot tub overlooking Makai Golf Course in Princeville, plus a game room on site. A disabled parking spot and patio or balcony add convenience. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.



The Neighborhood:

Princeville sits on Kauai's dramatic North Shore, with green ridgelines, golf fairways, and the road down to Hanalei all close by. Princeville Center is useful for groceries and a quick meal, while Hanalei town brings beachside dining, surf culture, and a wider choice of shops. Anini Beach is a favorite for calmer snorkeling conditions, and Hanalei Bay gives families a broad stretch of sand to explore. This is a scenic, drive-friendly base for travelers who want Kauai's wet, green side and easy access to the North Shore's best-known beaches.



Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away via a scenic drive along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended since the North Shore's beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville itself offers walkable access to some shops and dining, while beaches like Hanalei Bay are a short drive. Parking is typically available in lots or driveways at most properties.

Construction notice: September 2, 2025 through approximately April 1, 2027. Construction activity may occur Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Guests may experience noise, dust, and limited access to certain areas of the property during their stay. Some common amenities such as parking areas, walkways, and landscaping may be temporarily closed or restricted.
