About this house rental
A lagoon swim in the morning and an ocean-view sunset from the lanai at day's end make Ko Olina feel like a true pause. Inside gated Kai Lani, this three-bedroom, two-bath townhome sleeps six with central air conditioning, ceiling fans, TVs in every room, and an open kitchen, dining, and living space. The shared pool and hot tub are there for a reset between outings. Walk to Ko Olina Center for Island Vintage Coffee, Island Markets, or Monkeypod Kitchen, then spend an afternoon around Paradise Cove and the resort's lagoon beaches. Golf is less than a mile away for the players in your group. With a full kitchen and a private lanai, the home suits families or friends who want Oʻahu's sunny west coast, enough space to relax, and useful places within walking distance.
The Space:
The open layout connects the kitchen, dining area, and living space, while the furnished lanai offers ocean-view sunset time outdoors. Three bedrooms and two baths sleep six. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and TVs in every room help keep the home comfortable, and the full kitchen with dishwasher makes feeding a group easier after the beach.
Guest Access:
This Kai Lani home offers access to the communal pool and hot tub within the gated Ko Olina resort community, plus garage parking and a private patio or balcony. A BBQ grill and outdoor seating make it easy to dine outside, and beach access is close by. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.
The Neighborhood:
Ko Olina is built around protected lagoon beaches, a welcome feature for families who want a gentler place to get in the water. From Kai Lani, walk to Ko Olina Center for coffee, groceries, and a meal at Monkeypod Kitchen. Paradise Cove and the shoreline are close, and golf sits less than a mile away. For a larger shopping or dining run, Kapolei is a short drive away. This is a polished Oʻahu resort area that makes it easy to pair beach time with the everyday comforts that matter on a longer family stay.
Getting Around:
Kapolei is on Oahu's sunny leeward side, roughly 30 to 40 minutes from Honolulu's airport (HNL), making arrival fairly quick. A rental car is recommended for reaching Waikiki, the North Shore, and other beaches around the island, though the Ko Olina resort area itself is walkable, with lagoons, pools, and shops close by. Parking is generally available in resort lots or at the home, keeping things simple.
