During this time, guests may occasionally experience construction-related noise, traffic, or light dust.
* Minimum 29-night stay required (Oahu zoning compliance)
* Monthly rental rate is fixed regardless of nights occupied
* Electricity cap: $500/month, excess billed to guest
* Grills not permitted on lanais
* Parking: 1 garage + 1 assigned outdoor stall (compact/standard vehicles only). Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated and no public/street parking is available
* Ola No Smoking Clause: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana, and any other form of smoking or vaping. Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. We loved our stay! Everything was clean and we loved all of the accommodations! Great for families especially with a little one because the lagoons are so close! Definitely will stay again!
