About this apartment rental
Sleep in, wander out for coffee or breakfast, and walk to Kamaole Beach when the water starts calling. This garden-view Maui Banyan studio sleeps two and is set up for travelers who would rather sample South Kihei's restaurants than cook every meal. There is no kitchen, so it lives more like a comfortable hotel room, with a stand-alone shower, TV, internet, partial air conditioning, and a private lanai with patio furniture. Cross the parking lot for tennis, or head down the hill and across the street to reach the Kamaole Beach Parks. Back at the resort, cool off in the shared pool and soak in the hot tub after a sunny day. It is a calm, simple option for a couple or solo traveler who wants beach access, dining, and an easy place to land at night.
The Space:
This 200-square-foot studio sleeps two and is intentionally hotel-room simple, with no kitchen and a stand-alone shower. Partial air conditioning, internet, and a TV cover the essentials, while the private lanai has patio furniture and a tranquil garden view. It is a good fit for guests planning to dine out, spend most of the day on the beach, and come home to a clean, compact place to rest.
Guest Access:
Guests at Maui Banyan enjoy access to the communal pool and hot tub, with an elevator and disabled parking spot for easy access throughout the resort. Garden grounds and a private lanai make it easy to relax outside, and the beach is just a short trip away. A nearby laundromat adds convenience for longer stays.
The Neighborhood:
South Kihei makes it easy to shape a Maui day around the water. The Kamaole Beach Parks are just down the hill and across the street, offering golden sand, swimming, snorkeling, and sunset walks. Restaurants, coffee spots, and casual shops along South Kihei Road are close, which is especially convenient for a studio stay without a kitchen. Wander south toward Keawakapu Beach for a longer shoreline view, or stay local for an easy dinner after the sand. This is a relaxed, walkable pocket for a couple's getaway.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.
Other Things to Note:
This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations. A mandatory $26. 18 check-in/resort fee will be assessed.
