The space
The kitchen is the centerpiece — white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, a hex-tile backsplash, full stainless steel appliance suite including dishwasher, and a breakfast bar that seats two, all under a koa-wood-trimmed ceiling feature. It's the kind of kitchen that makes you want to cook on vacation.
The living and dining area flows openly onto the lanai through floor-to-ceiling sliders, with outdoor seating and tropical garden views.
The king bedroom is large, quiet, and privately positioned — with its own lanai slider, an en-suite bathroom, and a sitting chair for morning coffee. The barn-style door between the bedroom and living area lets you configure the space as open or private as you like.
The sleeper sofa in the living room comfortably sleeps two additional guests — the unit works well for up to four.
Both bathrooms were fully rebuilt with floor-to-ceiling Calacatta-look porcelain tile surrounds, frameless glass enclosures, quartz vanities, and herringbone-framed mirrors. They feel like a boutique hotel.
The coastal palette runs consistently through every room — warm hardwood-look floors, crisp white kitchen, ocean blues in the soft furnishings, and Hawaiian artwork throughout.
Beach gear is included: 2 beach chairs, 2 folding chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler — everything you need for a beach day.
Guest access
You have full private access to the entire condo. The complex amenities — two pools, two spas, three Weber BBQ grills, a covered outdoor pavilion, and a tennis court — are shared with other Maui Banyan guests and available during posted hours. Your deeded parking stall is reserved exclusively for you — no sharing, no hunting for spots.
Other things to note
A building guest registration is required upon arrival — your parking pass is picked up at the Maui Banyan office at that time. If the office is closed on arrival, you have a 12-hour grace period to get it the next morning.
