About this apartment rental
Take your time over breakfast on the lanai as egrets cross the lake and the golf course opens out in front of you. This two-bedroom Waikoloa Beach Villas condo sleeps four and sits inside the resort community, where beach mornings and easy pool afternoons fit naturally into the same day. Cool off in the shared pool, settle into the hot tub, or use the open-air gym before getting dressed for dinner nearby. The lanai's built-in Viking grill is ready for a simple meal at home, and air conditioning, a full kitchen, elevator access, and in-unit laundry take care of the details. A-Bay, Queens' Marketplace, and Kings' Shops are all close. It is a comfortable fit for a small family or two couples who want the Kohala Coast to feel easy from the first day.
The Space:
The private lanai looks across a green fairway and a shimmering lake, where egrets often stop through the day. Tall ceilings and natural light keep the two-bedroom layout bright, while the built-in Viking grill turns an ordinary dinner into an evening outside. Air conditioning, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer add the comforts that make a four-person stay feel settled.
Guest Access:
Guests at Waikoloa Beach Villas enjoy access to the shared pool, hot tub, and open air fitness gym, plus beach access and golf course front grounds. The complex offers a private garage, elevator access, and beautifully landscaped surroundings throughout.
The Neighborhood:
Waikoloa Beach Resort is made for uncomplicated Kohala Coast days: coffee and groceries at Queens' Marketplace, a dinner reservation at Kings' Shops, and sand at Anaeho'omalu Bay close by. A-Bay's wide shoreline is good for a beach afternoon, sunset watching, or getting out on the water with a local outfitter. Around the resort, lava-rock paths, fishponds, and fairways give the area its unmistakable Hawai'i Island look. Families and couples choose this pocket for warmth, convenience, and plenty to do without a long drive.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is roughly 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive up the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended to reach beaches, restaurants, and the resort area's shops with ease. Waikoloa Beach Resort keeps some shopping and dining walkable, while nearby beaches and Waikoloa Village are a short drive. Parking is generally available in resort lots or on site at most properties.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: this unit is located on the second floor of the N Building, with elevator and/or stair access. The gym is open air. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
