About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming Napoleonic-style thatched cottage for rent in Riec-sur-Bélon. It has a floor area of approximately 110 m² and is set on 3 hectares of land, accommodating up to 5 guests.
It comprises a living room of around 30 m², a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 3 hectares. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) – we’re just waiting for you!
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV, sofas and a wood-burning stove
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, two ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, a range cooker, a coffee machine, a high-top dining area for breakfast and a dining corner.
- A shower room
- A utility area comprising a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and an additional sink
- A separate toilet
On the first floor, you will find:
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bedroom with a single bed
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Please note that each bedroom has storage units.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- Enjoy a magnificent 3-hectare plot, unfenced but bordered by wooded areas, where it is not uncommon to spot rabbits and roe deer.
For children, a trampoline is available for your use. Children must be supervised by their parents.
- A terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A large driveway can easily be turned into a boules court, and one of the gardens into a football pitch.
- Depending on the season, enjoy the fruit from the orchard and refresh yourself with water from the well.
The thatched cottage is ideally situated in Riec-sur-Bélon, in a very pleasant setting, surrounded by woodland and farmland. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets…
Things to do:
- Less than 3 km away, you’ll find Rosbras harbour on one side and Belon harbour on the other, where you can sample the world-famous oysters.
- Less than 5 km away is the town of Pont-Aven, a charming little town known for its artistic heritage and its galettes.

A car is essential; you can park directly in the private car park (4 spaces).
