About this house rental

This family property from 1937 is one of the oldest in KERFANY les PINS.
The property is located in the woods of KERFANY, a privileged environment made up of old residences. It is surrounded by trees of various species (pines, chestnut trees, oaks) and benefits from a large fully enclosed garden planted with camellias, hydrangeas and rhododendrons.
Newly opened for rental and modernized in 2016, it retains its old elements: stone walls, fireplaces, cement tiles, woodwork and beams.
It is located 150 meters from a sandy beach surrounded by rocks, and close to the customs trails that run along the entire coast and offers magnificent walks in all seasons.
It is close to the port of BELON at just over a kilometer.
If you like peace and beautiful sites you can only be seduced by this property.

Beautiful Brittany retreat

Lovely house in idyllic setting, within a few minutes walk of sandy sea beach and quiet coves. Great garden space. Kitchen a little dated, but perfectly adequate given that we cooked outside on the bbq. We all had a wonderful time here.

Ein Traumhaus mit einem super schönen Garten für uns und unsere Hunde. Ausreichend Platz und sehr gut ausgestattet!!! Wenn man nicht an den 150 Meter entfernten Strand wollte konnten man sich im Garten toll erholen. Absolute Ruhe aber eine schöne Lage für spannende Ausflüge in die Natur oder zum Shoppen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es nur empfehlen.

Das Haus in Kerfany-les-Pins liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von einer kleinen Badebucht (Sandstrand) entfernt.Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen komplett eingezäunten Garten mit Hortensien und alten Bäumen, sodass man sich sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten entspannen kann.Da wir gutes Wetter hatten, konnten wir alle Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse einnehmen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Accueil sympathique. Très belle situation à quelques minutes à pied d’une très belle plage. Quartier calme. Commerces essentiels à quelques kilomètres. Location très agréable. Pas le dernier cri pour les équipements mais cela donne le charme un peu suranné d’un cottage anglais

Nous avons passé le weekend de la saint Sylvestre dans cette location avec deux autres couples d'amis soit six personnes. La maison est très spacieuses et calme même avec la tempête que nous avons subis. Malgré quelques petits désagréments que le propriétaire a su régler, nous avons adorés et retournerons sans doute. Nous avons aimé l'hiver alors j'imagine qu'en été ça doit vraiment être super. La cheminée sans supplément est également un plus fort appréciable. Patrick, Martine et leurs amis
