This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests when children are included. It cannot host more than 6 people over the age of 13. There is parking for 4 cars - 2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. Maximum occupancy is enforced 24/7.
The open-concept upper living room is the heart of the home, anchored by a gas fireplace with stone surround and a 55" Samsung flat-screen HDTV with cable. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels.
To ensure a smooth and compliant stay, please review all local rules included in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Hot tubs and outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
