Let your family spread out in this ideally designed home. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and great open living on the first floor. Bonus basement with more sleeping options, fooz ball, games and TV.
Take in the forest view from 2 big decks, while kids enjoy snow play or the swing set and games in the park like yard.
Easy walk, bike or drive to dining, entertainment, gaming, beaches and activities.
Enjoy the open layout and cozy downstairs hideaway or the two big decks overlooking a creek.
When you are searching for a home base for your perfect Tahoe vacation a lot of things should be standard. Beautiful clean décor and furniture, a kitchen that is a pleasure to gather and cook in, a grill, internet access and home entertainment options. We wanted to go a step further here are some other things we offer that the others might not:
•Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap provided
•Local (contractor)owners for good advice and quick attention to issues
•Level neighborhood makes snow driving much easier
•Not over crowded, only two people to a room
•Gas fireplace, cozy, still heats in a black out
•No keys to lose, digital lock
Upstairs features a large open plan kitchen and living area. Beautiful slate flooring, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and HDTV above the gas fireplace. Send the kids downstairs to the large flat screen with roku streaming stick and the foozball table. Cook up dinner on the barbecue and enjoy the decks overlooking the creek and trees.
There are three bedrooms upstairs. A master with a king bed, TV and its own bathroom, one room with a queen bed and slider to the back deck and the third with two twin beds. Down stairs is more space with a couch that converts to two twin beds. All your towels and linens are provided
Cooking is a dream here. The kitchen features alder cabinets and concrete counters. There are fridgidaire appliances including a dishwasher and convection/microwave. We have included everything you could need to bake or cook up a storm. If you prefer to do your cooking outside we have a big natural gas grill just out the door.
Relaxing is easy with a cozy fireplace and game and reading nook. The foozball table is great fun. We are wired for entertainment with 3 HDTVs with roku streaming sticks.
Location is key and this is a good one. Central in town you are close to everything. Heavenly 10min; Sierra at Tahoe 20min; Kirkwood 35min;Casinos 10min; Beaches 5min; Shopping 5min; Golf 10min. This is a quiet, flat residential area so access is easy and the nights are quiet. The home backs to a sunny wooded area and creek. Take it all in from the two big decks.

We brought our children and their children up for a week and had a great time. The yard was perfect for the kids, ages 2 and 4, and they loved the swing set. The kitchen was also great to cook in and sit around and enjoy time with the family. Duggan was very responsive when we called him for a couple minor issues.

Absolutely wonderful location. It’s fun, private, and close to everything. The host is incredible... he even brought us a bag of ice when I couldn’t get the ice machine to work. Oh, and he got it to work too!
Stay here and you won’t regret it.

We had a great family vacation. The house was amazing and the kids loved the backyard playground. We will definitely be back.
