Designed by Nicole Rosenberg from Liberty Interiors, Lola offers a boutique experience with the comfort and privacy of your own beachfront apartment.



Building Improvement Program: Please note that the building is currently undergoing an improvement program. While the apartment itself remains fully operational, construction works are taking place in surrounding areas of the building and neighbouring apartments. Guests may experience construction noise during standard working hours. These works are managed entirely by the Body Corporate and are outside of our control. Guest Access:

The apartment is located within the Sandrift Beachfront Apartments complex. Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay, including:

• Entire two-bedroom apartment

• Full-length beachfront balcony

• Private ensuite

• Fully equipped designer kitchen

• Living and dining areas

• One secure basement car space



◆ Stair Access

There is no elevator at the property. Stair access is required to reach the apartment.



Getting Around:

The beachfront location makes it easy to explore on foot, with the beach, cafés, restaurants, and walking paths all nearby. Public transport options are also conveniently located close to the property, while guests will have access to one secure basement car space throughout their stay.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in from 2:00pm

• Check-out by 10:00am

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge and can only be confirmed within three days of arrival

• Midday is the maximum early check-in or late check-out extension available

• If you require access before midday, we recommend booking the previous evening to guarantee an early arrival

• Detailed arrival and access instructions will be provided prior to your stay



◆ House Rules

To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbouring residents, we kindly ask that the following house rules are respected.

• No parties or events

• No Schoolies bookings

• No hens or bucks parties

• No weddings

• Quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00am

• Primary guest must be at least 24 years old

• Adult bookings may be subject to age and purpose-of-stay verification

• Cats are strictly not permitted

• Dogs may be considered with prior management approval

• A $300 pet fee applies per approved dog and is charged separately after approval

• Guests requesting to bring a dog must provide the breed, nature and a photo prior to approval

• Unapproved pets may incur additional charges

To help you settle in comfortably, complimentary starter amenities are provided upon arrival. These may include:

• Starter amenities are intended to assist with your arrival and are not replenished during your stay.



◆ Payment Schedule

For bookings outside of Airbnb:

• A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in

• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking

• Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to the payment terms and schedules of the relevant booking platform◆ Building Improvement Works

The building is currently undergoing improvement works to enhance the property for residents and future guests.

While every effort is made to minimise disruption, there may be some construction noise or minor interruptions during working hours. These works are managed by the building and are outside of our control.

Guests have access to 1 x secure basement car space throughout their stay.
