great location and the host is friendly and clear on check in and check out. great size apartment and all facilities provided for family travelling
kitchen appliances are not clean. the microwave is full of grime and crusty food. utensil cabinet is dirty with dried food.
air vent in the toilet is covered in thick dust; the toilet bowl has a ring of black mold, and the handheld bidet has a minor leak. There is no lift in the property, so beware of heavy luggage when climbing up 2 floors of stairs

The stay at the Magic Mountain Appartment was all round great.
The location was central and the facilities had everything we needed to accommodate 2 small children.
Thank you for sharing your place with us.
It was all great!

The location is convenient. We also appreciated being able to access the apartment earlier than the standard check-in time, which made our arrival much easier.
The apartment would benefit from a thorough deep clean, particularly in the bathrooms, kitchen, and interior areas. Access to the apartment requires climbing several flights of stairs. For families travelling with babies and strollers, like us, this can be quite tiring. The complex does not have a lift or ramps, so stairs are the only way to access the property.
