With fast Wi-Fi, a heat pump, parking and a quiet location just minutes from cafés and shops, you’ll feel right at home.
As you step inside, the home opens into a bright and spacious living area framed by gorgeous Tasmanian Oak flooring that runs throughout the house. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere to relax in after a day of exploring. The living room features a comfortable couch and a lsrge 65inch TV, and the powerful heat pump/air conditioner keeps the entire home warm during the cooler months or cool in summer.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal preparation, with ample bench space, quality appliances and a dining area perfect for enjoying breakfast or winding down with dinner. A Nespresso pod machine is provided, with a small supply of pods to help you settle in.
The property includes two well-sized bedrooms, both with queen beds, each fitted with its own heater to ensure comfort all year round. The bathroom also includes an integrated laundry with a washing machine for guest convenience.
Outside, a brand-new deck extends the living space and captures peaceful views over the hills and towards kunanyi/Mount Wellington. It’s an ideal place for a morning coffee or an evening unwind.
