Welcome to SoCo Oasis — a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath South Austin home with a private heated pool, minutes from South Congress and downtown. Sleeps 12. A perfect group home base for SXSW, ACL, Formula 1 weekend, UT football, family reunions, and milestone celebrations.
Tucked into a quiet South Austin neighborhood but centrally located, you're close to everything that makes the city special — South Congress (SoCo) shopping and food trucks, Zilker Park, Lady Bird Lake, and the live music and nightlife of downtown.
The home sleeps 12 across thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, so families, friends, and celebration groups all get their own space:

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This is a quiet residential street, and we want to keep it that way. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. The pool and backyard are yours to enjoy — we just ask that you keep voices and music low in the evening and be mindful of neighbors when coming and going. Groups who respect the neighborhood are always welcome back.
House rules: No pets. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted, but doors/windows must be closed and smoke must not enter the home. Any Violations or necessary remediation as a result of smoking may result in a $500+ fee. Check-in 4:00 PM. Maximum occupancy 12 guests.
Please note a 3% cancellation fee applies to all bookings to cover Stripe payment processing. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, which is also outlined in the renter's agreement that must be reviewed and signed prior to your stay.
