The house was clean but the front and backyard were not maintained. We had our dogs with us and it made it hard for them to be able to go potty with all the weeds. Other than that the inside of the house was clean and everything else was fine.

The outdoor photos of the property were very misleading. It was evident that the front and backyard had never had any lawn care - grass and weeds were extremely overgrown in both the front & backyard. The grass was so high that the backyard behind the pool was unusable.It was pretty evident that that outdoor area had never been tended to or properly cleaned. The furniture on the back patio was also in very poor shape - furniture was dirty and cushions were ripped. The pool was also pretty dirty and had a lot of bugs in it. There were also a ton of wasp/bee nests on the sliding doors and all around the back patio, along with dead cockroaches all around the front door which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the space. We were pretty disappointed considering the outdoor amenities were the main reason we booked the house and we had plans to use the outdoor amenities.On a more positive note, the inside of the house was very clean and looked as advertised in the photos. It's a great house for large groups. The open concept and large couch were great for entertaining. The host was easy to get ahold of and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions.

The outlets in living room and in one of bedrooms didn’t work. The showers need to cleaned. Mold in master. In bathroom on same side as master mold and bugs
