Stunning 4 bedroom private house with POOL!

This house was great for our group of 12 women visiting Austin for a bachelorette party! The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything was decorated nicely and set up to accommodate a large group. Host was also very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend for any large group traveling to Austin!

What a great place to stay! The host is so incredibly accommodating and the communication is top notch. We had a group of 8 for a bachelorette weekend and could not have been more comfortable here. Close to everything and such a great space for a group. We couldn’t have loved it more!

This house is AMAZING and worth every penny!!! It’s great for families or other large groups. Beds are all super comfortable. Ample linens and access to plenty of extra pantry supplies. Pool is very nice as is outside seating area.

I stayed at this house with 10 other girls for my sister's bachelorette party and it was PERFECT! The house is spacious and the living space was designed for a large group. Casey went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure an amazing stay. The house was fully stocked with everything you need for a bachelorette party, including pool floats, decorations from prior parties, and lots of fun accessories. I would definitely recommend this house for any large party, especially a bachelorette party!!

This house was great! There was plenty of rooms and beds for everyone and a great common area for hanging out! Close enough to ride share downtown.

We stayed here for a bachelorette and the house fit 9 girls comfortably. The host allowed us to check in early and was super quick to rest. The house was spacious, clean, and a quick trip to downtown! Thanks again!!!

We stayed here for a girls' trip to Austin & had an absolutely amazing experience. The property was exactly as listed - it was clean, modern, and spacious. The outdoor space was incredible & the pool offered a great reprieve from the Texas heat!

We came to Austin for my friend’s bachelorette party and was looking for a property that was close to the Downtown area but still in our budget. This was the perfect option! Great space with cute decor and a nice pool! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time and the house was the perfect summer house vibes. The layout of the house is so nice and the decor is beautiful and very welcoming. Our group is not from TX and we were admittedly pretty concerned about the August heat but the house had incredible AC and the pool was still refreshing despite being on the warmer side of things. Meaghan was an incredible host and was super helpful in providing clarity on some of the pre-trip questions we had – communication was excellent! I'd definitely recommend staying here on your next trip to Austin!

We had a great stay at this house! It was much larger than the pictures look online and there was more than enough room for 11 girls to stay for a bachelorette party.

Just perfect for our family! My husband and I invited our two married daughters and their spouses to Austin ! The house was well equipped and the pool was great ! The owner was very attentive to all our needs ! Austin was great !!!

This house was excellent for my bachelorette party on Memorial Day weekend. The space was clean and renovated and each room was comfortable and cozy. We loved hanging out on the deck and taking a dip in the pool. The hosts were extremely accommodating and were willing to help us with package deliveries (bachelorette decor) as well as holding our luggage for us after check-out because we had flights later in the evening. I would highly recommend staying here with family or friends!

This was the perfect house for my sister's bachelorette party (a group of 10 girls). It was exactly as described, well stocked, and the host was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house is also only a short Uber ride to downtown. Highly recommend for a group!

The property and house are fantastic, just as advertised! The pool is a welcome escape from the heat in Austin, don’t think we could have been there without it! Totally recommend if you have larger group & want a place you can retreat to. Only 2 things to mention as improvements: 1) The coffee machine only takes pods, but there were no pods to be found unfortunately. We went out to the local coffee shop to bring back our coffees each morning. 2) the dishwasher power is controlled by a light switch, pretty sure it says this in the into message - but we didn’t see that unfortunately, so thought it wasn’t working. Might be a good idea to put a little sign on the dishwasher or switch indicating this, so that others don’t make the same mistake. Overall though - definitely recommend staying here!

Minor issues: No coffee pot Aunts in the sugar pot, but solver after throwing away the sugar and cleaning the pot.

Great place for a group. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked, from plenty of towels and blankets to a pantry with coffee, snacks, extra toiletries etc. Nice back deck to enjoy the weather. Good heat & AC. Host was easy to communicate with.

If you’re in search of a little slice of heaven while staying in Austin, this is the place for you! This beautifully decorated home is tucked away in a neighborhood that welcomes renters of all types and for all reasons. We were celebrating our son’s wedding and an artistic vibe and warm surroundings was a must! Not only did we experience the warm welcome from the host we were pleasantly surprised upon walking in. The home is much larger than what pictures show! The Art Deco and little touches brought the comfort and flare of the Austin area. Each room brought a special moment! The split floor plan allowed guests to stay on one side of the home while the master and en-suite was on the other. The floor plan allowed for entertaining with an open concept and plenty of space! Each bedroom had an incredibly comfortable new mattresses, decor that was warm and inviting, enough pillows and blankets to suit any visitor. Closets had hangers and the appropriate outlets and electric nightstands for charging electronics. The bed space was amazing! The bedroom that was configured with 2 queens and 2 twin bunks was very spacious and our 6’3” son was able to comfortably sleep in the queen! The guest & master bathrooms were adorned with all the soaps, lotions and potions, therefore don’t worry about travel size bathroom necessities as it awaits you. The linen closet was filled with large brand new towels, for not only the bathrooms but for the pool! The kitchen was full of everything anyone would ever need! A beautiful Keurig, coffee and all kitchen accessories were supplied. The appliances were brand new and the pantry was filled with snacks, coffee pods and cooking extras. Each drawer had all the extras, from ziploc to foil, paper plates to baking supplies. The host literally thought of everything! If you want to cook, the Magnolia cookbook on the counter awaits to be used! The kitchen island was perfect for entertaining and sitting around! The beautiful dining set and open concept living room was decorated with a fire place, holiday decorations for the season and an inviting space to sit and visit. Just off the living area was a brand new washer and dryer accompanied with every washing and cleaning supply ever wanted. The backyard was extremely large and fenced with a beautiful deck and pool. Great for visitors and little pooches! Seriously the best VRBO ever, we highly recommend enjoying your stay with them!

This home exceeded my expectations. We stayed here visiting my in-laws who live nearby. Our 2 dogs LOVED the huge backyard and large trees + chasing squirrels. Roomy, clean and comfortable. Master bedroom/king bed very nice. We'll certainly be staying here again on trips to Austin.

This was such an amazing house for our weekend in Austin. We were in town for a family wedding and the house was perfect for the whole extended family to stay including two 4 year olds and a 2 year old. We all remarked on the attention to detail throughout the house and that is was the most well stocked house we have ever rented. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect, and everything was clean! Some of our group even jumped in the pool. Thank you for a great stay!
