Dragonfly is a traditional miner’s cottage in a small St Austell village, perfect for small families. Ideally located as a base for exploring Cornwall’s coastline, gardens, beaches and attractions while enjoying surroundings and character throughout. Ground Floor:

No smoking.. Welcome to Dragonfly Cottage, a beautifully renovated two-bedroom miners’ cottage in a peaceful village near St Austell. Perfect for couples or small families, the cottage comfortably accommodates up to three adults and welcomes two dogs for an additional £25 per dog, per booking. Downstairs you’ll find a cosy living room, a separate dining room with a full-sized piano, a family bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for your stay. The kitchen also provides access to the large enclosed rear garden, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms, offering a charming and comfortable base for exploring Cornwall’s stunning coastline and attractions.
St Stephen is a charming village with a rich mining history, ideally located just five miles from St Austell, home to some of Cornwall’s most famous attractions including the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. The village offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including two small supermarkets, a chemist, a traditional village pub, and convenient takeaway options such as a Chinese restaurant and fish and chip shop for evenings when you prefer not to cook.
Popular with both young families and older visitors, the area provides a relaxed atmosphere and plenty to explore nearby.
