Whether you’re planning a reunion, vacation with friends, holiday gathering, or lake getaway, this home was built to bring people together.
With 6 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps up to 29 guests. Five beautifully appointed bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the custom bunk room is perfect for kids, cousins, and group fun with:
• Two triple twin bunk beds
• Two twin-over-queen bunk beds
Three of the bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, creating a luxurious and comfortable experience for multiple families or couples traveling together. Smart TVs in the bedrooms provide entertainment and relaxation after long days exploring Bear Lake.
The heart of the home is the expansive open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space where everyone can gather together. Cook meals, share stories, play games, and create memories all in one connected space designed with warmth and luxury in mind. The home also includes an additional family room, giving guests even more room to spread out, relax, and connect.

Ideal Beach Resort also offers additional amenities and recreation opportunities that make your stay even more memorable and fun for the whole group.
Please note: As this home is newly completed, landscaping and yard installation will not be completed during the 2026 season. A full yard is planned prior to the 2027 summer season.

-No Pets of any kind. Due to our family’s severe allergies and asthma, we cannot allow pets.
-No RV`s or Campers allowed on property.
-No Smoking, Vaping or marijuana/drugs on the house’s premises.
-Absolutely NO open invite parties/alcoholic parties or drug use! * Fines from parties will range from $500-$3,000 to cover extra cleaning and penalties, plus additional cost to repair or replace anything damaged.
-Please ask before booking for college groups, fraternities/sororities & summer sales groups. They will only be approved is it is a dry event.
-$50 fee for each lost or damaged clubhouse key fob.
Note- Garage CAN be used by renters.
