About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat in Rustiques for rent. It measures 86 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Spread over three floors, it comprises a fully fitted kitchen, a lovely 25 m² living room, a bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
– A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, Bosch capsule coffee machine, hob…
On level -1:
– A 25 m² living area with a smart TV and a sofa.
– A shower room.
– A separate toilet.
On level -2
– A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), a walk-in wardrobe and a dressing table. Access to a 3 m² west-facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days.
Outside:
– An east-facing terrace, situated in front of the entrance.
The triplex is ideally situated in Rustiques, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be within easy reach of all the essential shops in the town of Trèbes (a 4-minute drive away), as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and more…
Things to do:
– 10 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne (UNESCO)
– 10 minutes from Lake Cavayère and its water sports
– 5 minutes from the Canal du Midi in Trèbes, perfect for walks or cycle rides
– In the heart of the Minervois and Corbières vineyards: Château Canet 2 minutes away, Domaine Pierre Cros 4 minutes away.
– Limousis Caves and Cabrespine Chasm

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– A car is essential.
– Carcassonne railway station and Carcassonne airport are 20 minutes’ drive away.
Other notes:
- Pets are allowed free of charge. Only one pet (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking.
– End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
– Bed linen and towels are provided.
– The property is fitted with a security system (cameras) facing the building’s communal courtyard.
– The property has several flights of stairs. As the ceiling height is limited in some rooms (living room and shower room), it may not be suitable for guests taller than 1.95 m.
