We offer you the villa 'Thébaïde', set in a beautiful, well-kept area of southern France (Var), near Fréjus-St-Raphaël. This 91 m² ground-floor accommodation has an alarm system connected to a security center, is fully equipped, and features a private, secured saltwater pool. You have a separate entrance and a fully enclosed private parking area for up to 3 cars. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking rental. The sea is 5 km away.



Adjacent to the villa, the terrace and pool invite you to relax and enjoy the sun. The pool has an audible alarm for your safety, and sun loungers are provided.



CHILDREN UNDER 5 AND NON-SWIMMERS MUST BE SUPERVISED BY PARENTS OR AN ADULT.
