About this villa rental
Villa VENICA 4* is a Provençal style house of more than 300 m² renovated in 2024 and located in the secure domain of "La Lieutenante" popular and highly sought after near the charming village of Puget Sur Argens (right next to Saint-Raphaël). It is a unique and privileged location, in the heart of nature, without any noise or vis-à-vis.

The property has many living areas and places where everyone can find peace and quiet if they wish. There are up to 10 bedrooms in total, three of which have en-suite bathrooms, which make it possible to stay very comfortably. A jacuzzi is available for an additional fee. Two additional double rooms can also be made available for groups of less than 16 people, at an additional cost.
The property is a paradise for vacationers and sun lovers. The villa and pool are south facing. The hot tub seats six people. Abundant seating includes a reclining seat with neck-to-toe jets, two deep seats for integral back therapy, two bucket seats, and a therapeutic high standby seat.

You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but actually you are close to amenities. Henri, who is the property manger, lives on site. He does not speak much english but we were able to converse through a translation app which was fine. He was very friendly and helpful. The house and pool were very clean and the house was fully equipped. It was quite hot while we were there so the air con in both living rooms came in handy. Air con in one of the bedrooms and upstairs hallway. A gate remote is required to enter the property so we all felt very safe. Our age range was from the 60's to teenagers but lots to do for all. There is petanque, table tennis, badminton racquets and a foosball table which was definitely used. At night it was lovely to see the lights light up by the pool and around one of the trees which made the outside area look very pretty. The villa is two properties side by side with an entrance hallway to both. As we were a large group of 9, we had access to both properties which was excellent for us. Thank you for allowing us to spend our summer holiday of 2023 at your wonderful villa.
