Welcome to this charming 23m² studio, situated on the 4th floor (with a lift).
Modern, bright and tastefully decorated, it enjoys an ideal location close to the Trocadéro, the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower – perfect for exploring and making the most of Paris.
The main living area, both functional and welcoming, features a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa bed for two.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen provides everything you need for cooking: hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), crockery and kitchen utensils. A dining area with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort.
The bathroom features a shower, a large mirror, a washbasin and a built-in toilet.
The studio also has a balcony, ideal for relaxing in the open air.
You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
This property is available for medium-term rentals of 30 days or more.
All you have to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your stay.

The Muette neighbourhood, situated in Paris’s 16th arrondissement, is renowned for its chic and peaceful residential atmosphere. Discover its streets lined with elegant bourgeois mansions, its luxury boutiques and its sophisticated cafés. Explore the majestic Château de la Muette, a former royal residence now converted into the OECD museum, and take a stroll through the Ranelagh Gardens for a peaceful break. Enjoy the exclusive atmosphere and understated charm of this prestigious Parisian neighbourhood.
The property is easily accessible by public transport.
The nearest underground station is La Muette (line 9), which is a 5-minute walk from the flat.
Charles de Gaulle Airport is about 45 minutes’ drive away.
Please note that arrivals after 10 p.m. will incur an additional charge of €20, and arrivals after midnight require prior confirmation from GuestReady. In this case, please consult us before making any reservations.
For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
