The accommodation includes a bedroom area, separated from the rest of the accommodation by a curtain.
The queen-size bed (double – dimensions 180 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen.
Storage space is available so you can settle in comfortably.
The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror.
There is also a washing machine for your convenience.
The toilet is separated from the bathroom by a half wall.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and a smoke detector for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
