About this apartment rental
This place is strategically located—it'll be a breeze to plan your visit! Just a few steps from Isla Verde Beach, this studio has everything you need for your stay. It's 5 minutes from the airport, within walking distance of the San Juan Hotel and restaurants, and a 10-minute drive to Old San Juan. This location is everything you need.
Comfortable and cozy space. Secure access and parking. Everything is within walking distance: beaches, restaurants, hotels, and the airport. I would recommend renting a car only if you want to venture outside the area and get around like a local.
The building has an elevator that isn’t always working, so access to the upper floors is via short flights of stairs—please keep this in mind when renting. It has a waiting area; parking is unassigned. Guests will have direct access to the studio apartment as well as to the beach. You may use the communal washer and dryer for a small fee. There is also an outdoor shower behind the building—perfect for rinsing off sand before entering the apartment and/or cleaning your beach gear. There are two beach access points (in front of the building and behind the building).

It’s a quiet and safe area; you can walk or drive to the various options on Isla Verde Avenue Isla Verde (grocery stores, pharmacy, hotel, restaurants, beaches, etc.).
You can walk to the beach and/or Isla Verde Ave. Isla Verde, where you’ll find everything from restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, and pharmacies... I’d recommend renting a car only if you want to venture outside the area and get around like a local.
We’re on the fourth floor; the elevator isn’t always available, so please keep this in mind if you have trouble climbing stairs. We strive to make the studio a pleasant space during your stay, and we kindly ask that you take good care of it as well. Pets are not allowed. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the studio. Please use the outdoor shower in the parking lot to rinse off any sand, as well as to clean the chairs and your equipment. Please respect the check-out time of 11:00 a.m.—we want to leave the apartment ready for the next guests just as you found it. If you check out later than the agreed-upon time without prior notification to authorize it, you will be charged an additional fee.
