Chana was always responsive and helpful. Room was exactly like the pictures. Very bright and clean and smelled great. Unfortunately the week we were there the weather was rainy and cloudy most of the time and the whole week we had to ration water and were only allowed to use it during certain times during the day. This affected our plans as we were only allowed to show in a one hour window and at specific times, so forget about making plans or coming in to shower after a day at the beach, even though we only had one. Location is great, with everything close by. Would go back.
