The loft is small but will accommodate you perfectly. It's equipped with everything you need for a fabulous stay: a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, super-fast 100 Mbps internet, a well-appointed bathroom, and a spacious rooftop balcony. The house is right next to the vibrant neighborhood of Kypseli, where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby. Enjoy a relaxing brunch with a stroll through Pedion tou Areos park, or take a walk down Patission Street to admire the beautiful modern Greek architecture. The flat is located near one of the city's main arteries, 28th October Street, making it very easy to get around Athens from here.
It's just a short walk to several bus stops, with frequent service throughout the day that takes you directly to Syntagma Square in under five minutes. The flat is about a 10-minute walk from Victoria metro station, which provides direct access to Monastiraki Square, the port of Piraeus, and Kifissia. Additionally, the electric railway station is only a seven-minute walk away, offering fast and regular connections to key areas of the city.
Guests have private access to the whole apartment and the spacious, sun-filled patio. Please note that the apartment is easily accessible via the elevator, which operates with a key. It's very important not to lose the key, as there is also a staircase from the roof down to the 6th floor as an alternative.
