Escale la Cotinière - 500 m de la plage

Escale la Cotiniere is a delightful apartment for a holiday on Ile d'Oleron. It is recently built, compact yet well planned, and comprehensively equipped with every convenience. The apartment is comfortably furnished, the beds are of a decent size and a good night's sleep is assured by virtue of the peaceful and tranquil location. Parking is easy in a dedicated bay, although the best and most enjoyable way to get around is by bicycle - there is one provided at the apartment and there is a hire depot a short distance towards the beach; a cycle path makes a ride into St Pierre for shopping (Le Clerc Hyper) convenient, and the beach too is an easy ride, as well as an evening trip for a drink in La Cotiniere Port. If you want a swim at the local beach it is best to go near the high tide - check online. This is altogether an excellent holiday home and I recommend it highly.

Locating the apartment on arrival was difficult because it is on a new development whose streets did not appear on my satnav, but presumably this will be accommodated soon.

À 10 minutes à pied du centre de la cotiniere et aux abords des vignes pour se balader, l’emplacement était calme et parfaitement située pour tout atteindre à pieds. Au centre de l’île cela permet d’arpenter l’île sur l’ensemble

Nous étions parmi les premiers à profiter de l’appartement. Petites améliorations en terme d’équipement mais rien de bien important pour être notifié ici. Tout va bien.

Le logement est bien situé pour rayonner sur toute l'île, avec en plus de la place pour ranger les vélos dans un local et accès directement aux pistes. Bon volume pour 4 personnes, bien équipés. Tout le linge de maison est disponible et le cadeau d'accueil est appréciable . 1 place de parking juste devant. Calme du lotissement. Centre de la cotiniere et plage accessible à pied en 20 min

Nous avons été ravis d’être les premiers à louer cette super appartement situé à la Cotiniere dans un quartier très calme et à proximité de tous (océan , commerce et site à visiter) L’appartement est super agréable, tout est neuf et très fonctionnel, la déco est top … les chambres sont grandes avec une literie top. Merci à Priscille pour la mise à disposition du vélo et du bodyboard et pour son accueil Je recommande vivement 😉 Nous reviendrons sûrement
