Nature's Embrace by the Beach

Nature house with one bedroom, for up to 3 persons, is located on the beach in the island of Pašman, in the bay Žinčena. All rooms in this holiday house are on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery, refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas hob with two rings and a couch for one person. In the bedroom there is a double bed. Bed linen is prepared for you, fresh will be delivered once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, please bring your own. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and cold and warm water in the bathroom on the shower. The roofed terrace is equipped with seating furniture and sunbeds and a barbecue is available in the garden. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. The guests need to insert this card into their own device, which will then work as a hotspot. The sweetwater reservoir holds 10.000 l. Water and electricity should be spent sparingly here. The sweetwater is staying in the tank in hot weather, so we recommend either to boil it before drinking, or to have bottled water for drinking. Rentals during winter are possible, but it may happen that the water could only get heated on the stove (lack of sunshine), and heating materials will create an extra cost. Electricity of 220 V is solar powered. Therefore please do not use other electric devices, but the cell phone battery chargers. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger. The house is accessible by car to about 120m distance, where there is a public, free of charge parking place. The road leading there is a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. It is passable for a regular car, with slow and careful driving. The advantage of having your car by the house is that you may easily go on trips and explore not only the immediate, but also the wider area, which offers many attractive excursion locations. The island of Pasman is a great destination for all who enjoy in water sports. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. This is a pet-friendly house; pets are welcome here, against a surcharge. Please state in your inquiry with how many pets are you travelling. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license). A boat berth in front of the house is available without further charges. Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night - even impossible after the last ferry to the island has sailed out. The one-time cost of the registration of 1,50 EUR per person is payable on arrival in cash. After the check-in in our agency you will travel to the island.
